The Dreame H12 Dual FlexReach cleans everything from dust to spilled coffee. The main brush features a thoughtful design that leaves not even the smallest particles behind, and its special construction prevents hair from tangling. If you have pets at home, you'll notice the difference immediately: the brush won't clog with fur and won't lose its power.

The mini-vacuum mode and additional attachments (nozzles) allow you to clean the sofa, carpet, shelves, or even the car interior: Changing attachments can be done quickly with a single press, and the sensor system automatically recognizes the floor type. For example, when switching from carpet to laminate, the device reduces the water supply to prevent excessive wetting. This adaptability allows for cleaning without interruptions or mode changes, which significantly reduces the cleaning time.

Power that overcomes everything.

The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a motor whose suction power is 23,000 Pascals — this is more than enough to remove deeply embedded dirt. It works equally well with liquids, dust, or large debris. Using an intelligent sensor, the device detects the level of contamination and automatically adjusts its power so it doesn't consume unnecessary energy. You simply sweep the brush across the floor, and the vacuum cleaner does the rest. The contamination level is displayed on the LED screen in different colors, so you can see when the floor is clean. For stubborn stains, the algorithm automatically increases the suction power and then returns it to the standard setting, which saves battery charge. As a result, you get an evenly cleaned surface.

Flexible construction for maximum comfort.

FlexReach technology allows the vacuum cleaner's body to tilt almost parallel to the floor at a 180° angle. This means the device effortlessly reaches under beds, sofas, and low tables. The head height is just 9.6 centimeters, making it easy to clean even those hard-to-reach places that were previously a problem.

Used water is reliably stored in an isolated reservoir and has no chance of entering the engine compartment. During maneuvering, the power remains constant, and the special articulated (jointed) system allows for comfortable operation of the device without bending over. After finishing the cleaning, the containers are removed in seconds, which makes hygienic maintenance even easier.

Movement: effortlessly.

The rear wheel provides a soft, smooth glide across the floor — the vacuum cleaner, quite literally, follows your hand. There's no need to lift it, so even when cleaning the third room in a row, your wrists don't get tired at all. The wheel is covered with polyurethane, which dampens even the slightest vibrations as it moves.

This soft coating is completely safe: it won't scratch hardwood floors (parquet) or glossy tiles. Feel the true gliding effect—as if the device itself is helping you move, rather than the other way around. Thanks to the body's well-distributed weight and this system, operating the device becomes an entirely natural and enjoyable process.

Cleaning up to 1 hour

Thanks to its removable battery, the Dreame H12 Dual FlexReach runs for up to 60 minutes in dry cleaning mode and up to 50 minutes in wet cleaning mode. Do you have a large apartment or a house? If you need more time, simply swap the battery and continue working. This vacuum cleaner won't make you rush or wait for a recharge.

The battery's status is displayed on the screen as a percentage, so you always know exactly how much time is left. The charging station also serves as both a docking station and a self-cleaning center. No additional water connection is required: simply fill the reservoir with clean water before cleaning, and the vacuum is ready.

Antibacterial effect and complete hygiene.

The wastewater tank is equipped with an antibacterial generator that eliminates unpleasant odors and destroys up to 99.991% of bacteria. This is especially important when wet-cleaning the kitchen or bathroom, where microbes multiply the fastest. The system does not require chemical additives — the antibacterial effect is achieved through the special design of the water tank and the use of hot water.

After cleaning, you simply pour out the water, and the container stays clean and odor-free. No sediment or mold forms inside the filter even if you haven't used the vacuum cleaner for several days. The removable design lets you easily wash all parts under running water. For complete cleanliness, we recommend leaving the water tank lid open after washing so that any remaining moisture can dry out completely.

Self-cleansing with hot water.

After the cleaning is finished, the brush is automatically washed with hot water at 90°C. As a result, no dirt, hair, or grease residue remains on its bristles. You don't need to remove anything or wash it by hand—just press the self-cleaning button. By using high temperatures, the system effectively disinfects the internal components and significantly extends the brush's service life.

During the self-cleaning process, water is supplied at high pressure to the roller, passes through it, and then drains into the dirty liquid tank. A special sensor automatically determines the end of the cycle and displays the corresponding signal on the screen. After cleaning, you can also activate the drying function—this is especially convenient if the vacuum cleaner is in the room on its stand.

Fast drying with hot air.

As soon as the wash cycle is complete, the system automatically switches to the hot air drying mode. The brush dries in just a few minutes, which prevents moisture from remaining—the very environment where bacteria and mold multiply. If you use the vacuum cleaner often, the brush will always be in perfect condition and ready for work.

You can also activate the drying mode manually, although it typically turns on automatically after the self-cleaning cycle. Hot air is distributed evenly across the entire surface, which is why the roller dries significantly faster than traditional floor-cleaning cloths. This vacuum cleaner doesn't require special care from you — it takes care of its own cleanliness.

Clean air with AirGuard technology.

The AirGuard system creates a powerful centrifugal effect through multi-cone airflow, which effectively separates dust particles from the air. The five-layer filtration stops even sub-micron particles as small as 0.3 microns—dust, allergens, and dust mites (house dust mites). The filter is easily removable and washable, and the special anti-dust coating significantly extends its service life.
