Online Purchased Item Exchange or Return Policy
- Definitions of terms:
- Remote Contract — this contract, which is considered entered into between the store and the customer, by the customer on the website: ge.dreametech.com From the moment the order is placed;
- Store / Online Store — ge.dreametech.com ;
- User — An authorized person on the online store's website who purchases products by placing an order remotely;
- Item/Product — Goods posted for sale by the store on the website;
- Return of the item — The consumer's right to return products purchased remotely to the online store in compliance with the rules and conditions established in this agreement.
- Replace item The consumer has the right to exchange the remotely purchased products in compliance with the rules and conditions established by this agreement.
I Head — Return of remotely purchased products
- General Return Conditions
- Products purchased online or remotely may be returned without providing any reason within 14 calendar days of purchase.;
- In case of return, the customer can ge.dreametech.com Request the return of purchased products through the personal account on the website. The user is required to fill in the details of the order and the product on the aforementioned page (hereinafter— „Item Return Form“).
- After the item return form is completed, the store will provide a response via email and/or other communication channels no later than 3 (three) business days.
- After the 14-day period for returning an item has expired, the customer will no longer have the option to request its return.
- Transportation of returnable item
- In the event of a return, the customer must arrange for the product to be delivered to the retail store in the respective city (address to be provided) or/and arrange for the shipment of the purchased item via a courier company to the addresses specified in this clause.
- The customer is responsible for the risk of damage to the item during transportation.;
- If the customer wishes to use a courier service for the return of the item, they will be responsible for the cost of such a service.
- Refund
- In the event of a product return, the customer will be fully refunded the invoiced value of the product within 5 (five) business days of the product's return.
- Refunds will only be issued to the customer's original bank account.
- If an item is purchased via bank installment plan, the amount paid will be credited to the customer's so-called „Customer Balance.“ If equipment is purchased via an installment plan, the funds in the balance can only be used to purchase equipment available in the company's retail locations. The balance cannot be used to purchase various other types of accessories.
Second Head — Exchanging remotely purchased products
- General Conditions for Exchanging Online Purchases
- Products sold at a promotional price can be exchanged within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery to the customer.
- Purchased products can only be exchanged for products from the same brand—for an item of the same value that the customer does not want, or for a more expensive item with an additional payment.
- The customer is obligated to inspect the condition of the product after delivery and 5.1. Within the period specified in clause 5, express the intention to return the item through any communication channel and/or by visiting the store.
- The customer is obligated to check with the store in advance, Within the period specified in clause 5.1, it will be possible to check whether the item can be exchanged. In the event that it is not possible to exchange the item, the rules for product returns will apply. Additionally, the store may only offer the customer products that are available at the specific store in the specific city;
- Upon expressing the wish to exchange an item, the store reserves the right to confirm or deny the exchange request within 3 (three) business days.
- After the period specified in the clause has expired, the store reserves the right to refuse the customer's request to exchange the purchased products.
- Returns and exchanges for purchased products are permitted only once.;
- Transportation of a replaceable item
- If the customer wishes to exchange the product, they must personally deliver the product to the retail store in the respective city (without an address).
- The customer is responsible for the risk of damage to the item during transportation.;
- If the customer wishes to use a courier service for an exchange, they will be responsible for the cost of that service.
Third Section — Important Conditions for Returning and/or Exchanging Purchased Items
- Condition of returnable and/or exchangeable products
- Returnable and/or exchangeable products:
- Should not be programmatically activated, used, or otherwise tampered with;
- The product must be in the same condition as when it was purchased (with its packaging, special protective layers, etc.).
- Must be returned in a usable condition with the invoice;
- Products to be returned and/or exchanged must meet the criteria specified in this section. Before a product is returned and/or exchanged, it will be inspected, and if it is found not to meet the applicable conditions, the store reserves the right to refuse the customer's request for a return or exchange.
- The store's authorized representative is empowered to inspect and verify that the item purchased by the customer complies with the above-mentioned criteria.
- Exceptions to Item Returns and/or Exchanges
- The store will not accept returns or exchanges:
- If the item is not suitable for resale (e.g., it has been opened, activated, and its appearance for resale has been compromised);
